    The goal Introducing students with modern adult education systems in Europe and developing the ability to create the concepts of different adult education, development and improvement programs. Learning strategies for examining educational needs in adults, planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating adult education and development programs.
    The outcome The student will be able to create tools for examining the adult learning needs and plans of education in the light of all the plans of the plan: setting goals, operationalizing these goals, creating and coordinating adult education tasks, selecting criteria for identifying methods and forms of work with adults, creating structure and dynamics an adult learning project. The student will be able to define and explain the game's andragogy, penological andragogy, andragogy of communication and media and leisure time of adults.

    Contents of lectures Philosophical conception of education; Andragogy as System Science; Permanent education; Social determinants of modern education of the adult; The epistemological essence of the Andragogical process: experience, theory and work; Principles of andragogical work with adults; Educational Technology in Adult Learning; Communication in andragogic processes, Anthrax cycle as a methodical specification of adult education; Exploring the educational needs of adults; Planning adult education; Content programming and creation of curricula for education; Direct preparation and organization of andragogical processes; Evaluating and monitoring the achievement of andragogical results. Andragogy games. Penological andragogy. Andragogy of communication and the media. Andragogy of free time.
    Contents of exercises Development of educational research tools; Creating a plan for an adult learning project (the learning project refers to the 7-hour work of an adult on a tutorial task); Development of monitoring and evaluation instruments, and self-evaluation of the adult learning process.
